Radisson Hotel Group has opened Baltic View Resort & Spa, a member of Radisson Individuals, in Międzyzdroje on Poland's Baltic coast. Located along the seaside promenade near the town's pier, the resort features 60 rooms, a swimming pool, sauna and kids club.


The resort offers rooms and suites designed for both short-term guests and extended stays. Many accommodations feature Baltic Sea views from the beachfront location. All rooms include smart TVs with streaming access, coffee and tea facilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and kitchenettes for meal preparation. Select categories include sofa beds accommodating up to four adults, while suites range from 65 to 78 sqm and can host up to six adults.

The wellness center spans 460 sqm across two levels, featuring an indoor pool, sauna, and fitness area. A dedicated kids club ensures entertainment for younger guests while parents relax. The resort serves breakfast in an intimate dining space.

Międzyzdroje and Wolin Island attract travelers from Poland, Germany, and Scandinavia. The area's proximity to Berlin and northern Germany, plus direct ferry routes from Sweden to nearby Świnoujście, makes it easily accessible. As southern Europe experiences rising temperatures, Poland's Baltic coast is emerging as a "cool summer" destination with beaches, national parks, and resorts offering space and serenity.

  • Froo Romania, a subsidiary of the Żabka Group, has relocated its HQ to the Bucharest-based Hermes Business Campus. The retailer secured around 2,900 sqm of office space in a transaction facilitated by Colliers.

New appointments

  • Avison Young has promoted Bartłomiej Krzyżak and Marcin Purgal to the roles of Co-Heads of the Investment Department in Poland. Krzyżak, previously Senior Director, brings 18 years of commercial real estate experience, having joined Avison Young in 2017. Purgal, also a former Senior Director and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), transitions into the co-head role with 23 years of experience in the CEE commercial markets.
  • Avison Young has strengthened its Polish leadership with three senior promotions. Patryk Błach ascends to Associate Director within the Investment Advisory Department. Kamil Głowienka has been named Senior Project Manager. Furthermore, Katarzyna Uzar becomes a Valuation and Innovation Specialist, tasked with integrating technological solutions and coordinating global departmental projects.
  • Katarzyna Myjak has joined Axi Immo as Senior Business Advisory Manager, tasked with strengthening the company’s Industrial & Logistics business line.
