Tribe, part of the Accor hospitality group, opened in mid-May its second hotel in Hungary, near the Budapest airport.

Property developer Wing has successfully issued bonds worth €43.2 million, recording a double oversubscription rate. 

The Wing Group recorded sales close to €300 million during 2024 over commercial and residential transactions across Germany, Poland and Hungary.

Wing has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Alteo Group for the supply of clean energy for industrial projects throughout 2026. 

Living, Wing’s residential development arm, has secured a financing worth HUF 12 billion from Erste Bank for the construction of the Római Park residential project in Buda. Construction works started last August, with completion expected in 2026.

Property investment group Wing has fully completed the Liberty mixed-use project in Budapest after delivering 20,000 sqm of offices in the second phase.

Wing will open next year a new 4-star hotel with direct terminal access to the Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport. The hotel will be operated under a management agreement with Accor.

The WING Liget Center multi-building development will involve not only the reconstruction of two buildings listed as historic monuments – serving as the main offices for TV channel RTL – but a brand-new boutique office building named Liget Center Vitrum will also be completed in the autumn. Construction is proceeding on schedule, and the Vitrum building is now structurally complete. Vitrum is a nearly zero energy building and will offer a total of 2,200 square metres of leasable office space over six floors. The building will be handed over in its shell and core stage in autumn 2024.
