Wing Group has signed an agreement with GTC to purchase a development site at 173-177 Váci Road in Budapest, covering more than 2.1 hectares. The company plans to build approximately 470 apartments and a 23,000 sqm office building as part of a mixed-use project on Hungary's largest office market area.
The development site is located in the northern part of the block bordered by Váci Road, Szekszárdi Street, Madarász Viktor Street, and Szobor Street in Budapest. It features direct metro access and convenient transport connections. Wing has been active in the Váci Road corridor renewal process for 25 years, having previously developed the Atrium Park office building and the Kassák residential project.
The residential development is planned in two phases and expected to begin in 2026. The project already has a concept design, building permit, and town planning agreement with the district municipality. As part of this agreement, Wing commits to creating community spaces and green areas for local residents and workers in the area.
Wing is one of the leading players in the Central European real estate market, active in Hungary, Poland and Germany. The company has a total developed portfolio of over 5.5 million sqm across the three countries, covering all segments of the real estate sector.
