Balázs Zelles-Görgey has been appointed Director, Head of Capital Markets at Colliers Hungary. He joins the company with a strong background in the real estate sector, having worked on both the agency and developer-investor sides of the market.

We talked to Noah Steinberg, CEO of WING Group and Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of Echo Investment in Poland and Bauwert in Germany, about the main challenges of the past 25 years, the strategy that has been most effective in addressing them and the plans the group has for the next 25 years.

Property investment group Wing has fully completed the Liberty mixed-use project in Budapest after delivering 20,000 sqm of offices in the second phase.

Wing will open next year a new 4-star hotel with direct terminal access to the Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport. The hotel will be operated under a management agreement with Accor.
