Wing has successfully closed its €100 million bond programme launched last year with substantial oversubscription. The final tranche, with a nominal value of €34.8 million, attracted purchase orders totalling €57.64 million at a fixed annual interest rate of 6%.

Two hotel developments by Wing, the Ibis & Tribe Budapest Stadium Hotel and the Tribe Budapest Airport Hotel, have obtained BREEAM certification. The dual-branded Stadium Hotel is the first hotel in Hungary to achieve the highest rating, the BREEAM In-Use "Outstanding" category, joining only four hotels worldwide that hold this top-level sustainability certification.

Balázs Zelles-Görgey has been appointed Director, Head of Capital Markets at Colliers Hungary. He joins the company with a strong background in the real estate sector, having worked on both the agency and developer-investor sides of the market.
