Wing and Accent Hotel Management have signed a strategic agreement to jointly operate hotel projects in Hungary. The partnership combines Wing's real estate development expertise, portfolio management experience, and capital strength with Accent's operational competencies and brand relationships.

Over 25 years, Wing has become a leading player in Hungarian and Central European real estate markets. Active in the hotel sector for over a decade, the company has delivered successful projects including the recently opened Tribe Budapest Airport Hotel and the ibis Styles Budapest Airport Hotel. The Tribe Budapest Stadium, opened near Népliget, became the first hotel in Hungary to receive a BREEAM In-use "Outstanding" sustainability rating. Wing is one of the few domestic developers to have delivered more than 1,000 hotel rooms.

"Thanks to Wing's experience as a developer and owner, we can offer integrated, transparent, and value-enhancing solutions that are still lacking in the domestic independent hotel operator market," said Ernő Takács, Deputy CEO of Hotels & Commercial Properties at Wing.

Accent operates more than 2,000 rooms across 29 hotels in Hungary and Austria for various property owners. As an independent "white label" operator, Accent collaborates with international hotel chains under franchise agreements, managing hotels under brands such as Marriott, Best Western, and Accor. "We aim to combine this knowledge and expertise with Wing's real estate development and management experience to operate hotel investments as efficiently and successfully as possible," emphasized Imre Csordás, Managing Director at Accent Hotel Management.

The companies' first joint project was the Best Western Plus Lakeside Hotel in Székesfehérvár, which opened in 2015. Their first joint operation under the new partnership began in August 2025 at the same hotel, with more hotels planned to follow.
