Hungarian developer and investor Wing and asset management company Griffin Capital Partners (GCP) have successfully finished the acquisition of the German developer Bauwert AG. 

Construction has just started in the second phase at East Gate Business Park. A total area of 9100 sqm will be available in the hall which offers space for production, assembly, fulfilment and storage purposes.

Berlin-based property developer firm Bauwert AG is entering a strategic partnership with Hungary’s Wing Group, as well as international investment & asset manager Griffin Capital Partners. For this purpose, the three companies signed an agreement under which Wing and Griffin will together acquire 60% of Bauwert’s shares. The remaining 40% will be kept in the ownership of the existing shareholders. Wing Group will have a controlling interest in the company.

As part of an office development project by Wing, the Ligeti Auditorium will undergo a complete renovation while preserving its historical heritage, according to the company's LinkedIn page.  

Phase 1 of the East Gate Pro Business Park has been completed. Nearly 75% of the available space had been leased.

Wing has sold the Máriássy office complex in Budapest to GRAWE Immo AG, part of the GRAWE Group. Wing purchased the plot and developed the office buildings in 2003-2005. Financial details were not disclosed about the deal.

The recently finished Hall 'I' at Airport City Business Park, located at Liszt Ferenc Airport offers a total leasable area of 6,000 sqm and is fully occupied.

Major international fashion and beauty brands will be coming to the shopping centre this autumn. The centre has been refurbished and developed by Hungarian company Wing.

Hungarian investor-developer Wing has sold the Family Center retail park in the Western Hungarian city of Szombathely to local investor Unione Investment Group. Family Center Szombathely, with 28 shops and seasonally changing stalls, was acquired by Wing at the beginning of 2018 and has now been sold to the new owner with almost 100% occupancy.

The structure of Wing's Liberty office building has been completed on schedule, bringing the project one step closer to completion in 2023. Located on Könyves Kálmán körút in District 9, the multifunctional office building will host a dual-branded ibis-Tribe hotel after its completion.
