Living has completed the third phase of its Park West residential project in Budapest's District 13, with the final use permit now issued for the 230-unit development. The project, located in the Ferdinand Quarter on Szabolcs utca, benefits from brownfield status allowing buyers to reclaim 5% VAT.

The residential park launched in 2019 as a four-phase development. Park West 1 with 229 units was completed in 2022, followed by Park West 2 with 234 units in 2023. Sales for the final phase, Park West Rise, began in July 2025.

Park West 3 features an A+ energy rating and offers units ranging from studio apartments to 5-room penthouses. The building includes energy-efficient solutions such as heat pumps, surface heating and cooling systems, triple-glazed windows, and 15cm thick insulation. "The completion of the third phase is another milestone in a signature Living development, and it plays a role in the transformation of District 13," said Tibor Tatár, Head of Wing's residential and office development businesses in Hungary.

The development is located near Dózsa György út and Lehel utca. Westend shopping centre, City Park, Budapest Zoo and Széchenyi Bath are all within a 15-minute walk.

Living offers comprehensive services through Living Service, covering everything from apartment handover with technical inspection to furnishing, renting and property management. The development includes community amenities such as a lounge with play area, office corner, 24/7 parcel reception, and smart home solutions.
