Panattoni has begun construction in Sulechów of nearly 90,000 sqm for BestSecret - European members-only online destination for premium and luxury off-price fashion. The cornerstone laying ceremony took place on September 15th.

The developer has begun construction of Panattoni Park Sulechów III, where the entire space - 88,500 sqm, with the possibility of expanding by another 42,000 - has been leased to BestSecret - the members-only online destination for premium and luxury off-price fashion offering products from around 3,000 brands. The company supplies goods to 27 countries in Europe, and the Sulechów location will be a key link in the company’s supply chain. BestSecret will serve all of its markets from the facility and will be an employer for a significant number of people in the region.

"At present, more than 30 per cent of industrial facilities in Poland are dedicated to the e-commerce sector, and Panattoni, as a market leader, is leading the way and setting trends in this area. Our experience and capabilities translate into further developments, such as the commenced construction of a facility for BestSecret, which will be a further significant leasing client in the region going forward. Western Poland, and especially the Lubuskie region, once again confirms its potential for serving international companies, and I am sure that more than one more cornerstone will be laid in the near future precisely in the region of the western border. We are ready for further customized realizations", said Aleksandra Kucharek, Development Director, Panattoni.

In addition to warehousing and distribution space, the facility will also include offices, which will occupy more than 10,000 sqm. The developer will also prepare the space for the use of multi-level racks (Pick Towers) and provide an elevated part of the building. The project will pass BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.

"The new investment in Sulechów is first and foremost a venture that allows BestSecret to develop its brand and the inhabitants of the municipality to find employment. I am convinced that many Sulechów residents will find work here, as well as residents of neighbouring municipalities who have so far been forced to commute many kilometres to their factories. I hope that this symbolic foundation stone is the beginning of fruitful cooperation and that the economic development of our municipality will have a positive impact on the development of the entire region", commented Wojciech Sołtys, Mayor of Sulechów.

A key advantage of Sulechów is its proximity to the German border, which is just over an hour's drive from the facility under construction. In addition, 30 minutes separate the locality from the region's capital, Zielona Góra, which is an important advantage in terms of access to workers. Less than 7 km from the investment is the S3 road, which runs along the western border, and the Zielona Góra-Babimost Airport is located 11 km from the facility.

Optimism prevails in CEE real estate as geopolitical risk looms large

by Property Forum
CEE's real estate market enters the second quarter of 2026 in a mood of measured confidence. According to Property Forum's survey of nearly 200 real estate professionals from across the region, the majority expect either stable but selective deal flow or a moderate recovery in transaction activity over the next 12 months. Regional CEE investors are seen as the primary engine of dealmaking, while foreign capital is expected to return only selectively. Residential and logistics assets lead on risk-adjusted appeal, and Poland remains the undisputed long-term growth leader. Yet beneath the cautious optimism, one concern towers above all others: geopolitical tensions, cited by nearly two-thirds of respondents as the greatest threat to the market.
