The Nové Centrum Ružinova project by MiddleCap has been developed as a mixed-use complex on the plot with an unfinished concrete skeleton on Tomášikova Street in Bratislava. The infamous development, nicknamed Hiroshima by Bratislava residents, is now moving ahead in permitting, reports sme.sk.

The Trio Radotín residential project in Prague 16, which is developed by the company Doma je Doma, has sold out more than 60% of 205 apartments and 14 commercial units. 

The residential construction in the Czech Republic has been facing a confusing permitting system, lengthy processes and frequent obstructions. YIT has completed the base building construction of the tenth phase of Tampere, which is being built in the Suomi Hloubětín complex in Prague 9. The apartment building is offering 68 units and 5 commercial spaces.

Construction of the Emonika complex in Ljubljana has entered its next phase, marked by a groundbreaking ceremony hosted by OTP Group at the project site.
