Matexi Polska has completed the Żelazna 54 development, located in the heart of Warsaw's Wola district. The project has received its occupancy permit, with key handovers to owners beginning in mid-May.
The project comprises 141 apartments with varied layouts, from compact one-room units to spacious four-room apartments. Properties remain available for sale.
The building stands out with its characteristic coral facade and elegant architecture inspired by the classic style of surrounding tenements. The project combines timeless aesthetics with modern solutions and high-standard finishes in common areas. The development is located near Grzybowska street, Browary Warszawskie and Fabryka Norblina.
"We wanted to create a place that would be more than just an address. We combined elegance inspired by classical architecture with a modern approach to comfort and functionality," says Katarzyna Mirota, Board Member of Matexi Polska.
Apartments feature ceiling heights ranging from 280 to 290 cm. The ground floor houses commercial and service units with high glazed windows facing the street. Residents have access to an exclusive green roof terrace and underground garage. The architectural design was created by SAAW studio, with CFE Polska as the general contractor.
