Immocap is starting the first works on a plot of land in downtown Bratislava, between Bottova and Landererova streets. The developer is preparing the plot of land to become home to a new energy-efficient office building, a designer residence, and an urban forest. 

For the entire year 2024, banks and building co-operative banks in the Czech Republic have provided new mortgage loans worth CZK 228 billion (€9 billion), which represents a year-on-year increase of 83%, reports ČBA (Czech Bank Association) in its latest Hypomonitor from December 2024, which captures data from all domestic banks and building co-operative banks providing mortgage loans.

The transformation of the Tesla Pardubice brownfield into a modern urban district for 750 residents has reached its final stage. Duna House published its estimates for December 2024, which show that 10,231 residential properties changed hands in Hungary and HUF 105 billion in contracted housing mortgage loans were realised. The 125,000 housing transactions estimated for the whole of last year represent an annual increase of 18%, while the more than HUF 1,300 billion in loans outstanding represent an annual increase of 123%.
