Prime Kapital has announced the completion of construction for the third phase of the mixed-use scheme Silk District Phase 3 ahead of schedule, taking the total number of completed apartments over 1,000.
Phase 3 extends the urban footprint of Silk District, a contemporary neighbourhood designed to support a balanced lifestyle, offer easy access to the rest of the city and provide modern, quality housing with integrated facilities and affordable prices.
"With the completion of Phase 3, Silk District reaches 1,041 finished apartments, of which 661 are already occupied, highlighting strong market appetite and the formation of a vibrant urban community," said Maggie Kitshoff, Partner at Prime Kapital.
The completion of the third phase coincides with preliminary work beginning on Loom Phase 1, a new residential concept within Silk District that will comprise four phases and approximately 1,200 apartments to be developed over the next four years. Like Silk District, Loom buyers benefit from a reduced down payment designed to make the acquisition process easier and more accessible.
