BPI Real Estate Poland and Speedwell have launched Gedania Riverside Living, a 10-year development in Gdańsk's historic Polski Hak district.

The first phase includes 139 apartments across two buildings totalling 6,477 sqm that will be delivered in Q1 2028. This comprises 92 residential units (25-120 sqm, 1-4 rooms) and 47 tourist-investment apartments sold with 23% VAT (25-53 sqm, 1-3 rooms). The complete project will deliver approximately 750 homes totalling 36,000 sqm to the Tri-City market.

"Entering the Tri-City real estate market is a milestone in Speedwell's development strategy in Poland. We are proud that our first investment in northern Poland is in Gdańsk, a dynamically developing metropolis that ranks among the best cities to live in Europe," said Michał Stępień, Country Manager Speedwell Polska.

The project offers residents proximity to the Main City's monuments while maintaining a peaceful riverside atmosphere away from tourist crowds.

The development follows sustainable development principles and the 15-minute city concept, featuring photovoltaic panels and electric vehicle charging stations. Amenities include a modern Residents' Club, sauna, gym, and cycling infrastructure with bike storage and washing facilities.
