Colliers International has been assigned by Hili Properties to provide property management services for the Art Business Center office project, which houses the largest private hospital in Romania. Thus, Colliers International reaches a managed portfolio of over 280,000 leasable sqm and enters a new segment, that of private hospitals, marking a premiere for the local property management market.

Knight Frank will manage the Maraton office building in Poznan. Union Investment, the property owner, entrusted the company with the management of a building with a total GLA of more than 26,000 sqm.

Knight Frank was appointed sole agent to commercialise V.Offices – a project currently under construction by AFI Europe in Kraków – and buildings B and C of the Sportowa Centrum office complex in Gdynia. Knight Frank has also been appointed property manager of the Lobos office building in Kraków, a property is owned by the Lobos Group.

After acquiring the Campona and Pólus shopping centres in Budapest, CPI Property Group has again entrusted CBRE to manage its new properties. CBRE has also been selected as the exclusive leasing agency for the two malls.

Effective from April 2017, JLL is the property manager for Building A of the Twin City office complex in Bratislava, Slovakia. The property is situated in the newly-established business district in the Bratislava city centre, in close proximity to the Main Bus Station Mlynské Nivy.

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed by CPI Property Group to continue as a property manager of two major shopping centers and one multifunctional complex in Central and Eastern Europe which have been recently acquired from CBRE Global Investors.

Colliers International has extended the management contract with Triuva Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH for another 2 years. Colliers will continue to manage the portfolio of 11 office properties with a total area of approximately 75,000 sqm. All buildings are located in Warsaw.

JLL has been selected by Skanska Property Poland as the Property Manager of Nowa Fabryczna office building, part of the Nowe Centrum Łodzi urban redevelopment project. The building will be taken over by JLL management on 30th June 2017.

Colliers has been appointed by FID Group as the Property Manager of Slovanský Dům and by B.H.Centrum a.s. as the Property Manager of Millennium which forms part of the complex including the Marriott Hotel. Both buildings are prime mixed-use properties situated in the heart of Prague’s CBD.

From the beginning of April, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland will take over the management of four IKEA Centers retail parks located in Poland on behalf of the landlord Pradera. The contract will increase the Polish portfolio of managed properties by more than 140,000 sqm. Ultimately, the international property management business line of BNP Paribas Real Estate will manage 25 properties in eight European countries.
