Colliers International is to manage the Graffit office building, located in the Warsaw’s Mokotów district. Zeus Capital Management acquired the property in January 2019 and is managing it on behalf of a selected group of investors.  

Cushman & Wakefield was appointed property manager of Horizon Plaza in Warsaw. In addition, Cushman & Wakefield delivers project commercialization services for the owner of the building. The owner of Horizon Plaza is a real estate fund managed by Union Investment.

M7 Real Estate has appointed Savills as the property manager for its recent office acquisitions, Green Park, Mazovia Plaza and Delta 44, thereby extending its cooperation with the advisor.

Cushman & Wakefield Echinox was commissioned to manage the Eminescu Office building, which has recently been delivered in Bucharest, near Piaţa Romană. This is the third office building that has been taken over for management purposes by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox since the beginning of the year, with the Asset Services department being responsible for the day-to-day management of the building, tenant relationship management, operational supervision, financial services and ownership reporting, through on-site specialists and also from the company’s headquarters, coordinated by Mihaela Petruescu, Head of Asset Services.

Wing has become the full owner of property management company Strabag Property and Facility Services Zrt. by indirectly acquiring an additional 51% share in the company. Following the change, the company will continue to operate under the name NEO Property Services Zrt. as of 29 April 2019. The acquisition was approved by the National Competition Authority. Wing is committed to further strengthening NEO Property Services Zrt. as a leader in property-related services segment.

CBRE has taken over the management of the NEPI Rockcastle office portfolio in Bucharest, totalling 70,580 square meters. This is the first time when NEPI Rockcastle outsources the management of the properties. CBRE Romania now manages 770,000 sqm of offices and retail assets.

JLL has been chosen by the White Stone group to manage two office buildings on Cybernetyki St. in Warsaw. Since taking over the management of Cybernetyki 7 and 7a St., JLL is now responsible for a wide range of services in the management of the properties, which includes maintaining relationships with tenants as well as supervising technical, operational and administrative issues. The company began managing the two office buildings shortly after they were bought by the White Stone group.

Cushman & Wakefield Echinox has been appointed to manage the Ethos office building, situated in the Floreasca area of Bucharest. This is the second mandate for the management of an office building by C&W Echinox in 2019.

BNP Paribas Real Estate Romania has signed Property Management and Exclusive Leasing mandates for Hexagon Offices, a Class A office building located in one of the emerging office locations in the city of Cluj Napoca, owned by KÉSZ International Romania. The office building is expected to be completed in June 2019.

Cushman & Wakefield Echinox was appointed to manage One Victoriei Center office building in Bucharest (former Bucharest Corporate Center), a representative business centre located in the business centre area of the Capital (CBD).
