Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed property manager of Krakow’s office complex Zabłocie Business Park. The scheme is owned by IMS Budownictwo, a local housing developer.
Zabłocie Business Park, located in Krakow’s Podgórze district and close to the city centre, will comprise five modern seven-floor Class A office buildings when completed. The first 11,300 sqm phase was delivered in April 2017.
Zabłocie Business Park is being developed in cooperation with Technobud, which has a strong record in office building construction. Its project portfolio includes the Sky Tower complex in Wrocław, Alma Tower in Krakow, Alchemia II in Gdańsk, Poleczki Business Park in Warszaw, Axis in Krakow, and Pegaz Times II in Wrocław.
