CBRE was assigned to provide property management services for the projects developed by the company One United Properties in the north of Bucharest, namely the office building One Tower and the residential complex One Mircea Eliade, which comprise a total area of 24,000 square meters offices and 247 high-end apartments. The portfolio managed by CBRE now exceeds 800,000 square meters.

Colliers International Romania has been assigned to offer property management services for the first phase of the industrial park ELI Park 1, with a total area of 20,000 sqm. This is the first project built by Element Industrial, a Romanian developer of industrial and logistics spaces, and the fourth logistics park managed by Colliers. Thus, the total industrial portfolio managed by Colliers in Bucharest and in the big regional cities reaches 130,000 sqm, out of a total of over 500,000 sqm that includes office buildings as well.

MVGM closed the acquisition in Germany, Slovakia and Romania as part of its deal to acquire JLL’s European property management business and the alliance partnership in 10 European countries.

Multi Poland has been appointed by Union Investment to provide property management services for two shopping centres in Poland, Ferio Konin in Konin and Sarni Stok in Bielsko-Biała, as of 1 October 2019. The agreements include full centre management, leasing and marketing.

JLL has completed the first phase of the modernisation of the Liberty Center shopping centre in Bucharest, owned by three banks (Alpha Bank, Bank of Cyprus and Eurobank) following the insolvency of developer Mivan Kier. Occupancy rate at Liberty Center has reached 91%, following a €400,000 investment.

CBRE has been mandated by CA Immo to provide property management services for the Campus 6.1 office building, located in the central-western area of Bucharest, being the first time when CA Immo outsources property management services for a project in its portfolio.

JLL has been selected by White Stone Group as property manager for the Celebro office building in Warsaw. The building has already been commissioned for use and its first tenants will relocate to the project in September 2019.

Colliers International Romania has been assigned to provide property management services for the office complex The Office in Cluj-Napoca, owned by Dedeman, the DIY store chain who marked their entrance on the real estate market in 2018 by acquiring The Bridge offices in Bucharest. Thus, the total portfolio managed by Colliers reaches almost 500,000 sqm: 210,000 sqm are located outside Bucharest, out of which over 100,000 sqm represent offices only.

Colliers International Romania has been assigned to provide property management services for Business Garden Bucharest, the newest office complex developed by Vastint Romania, in the Orhideea area in Bucharest. As a result, Colliers reaches a managed portfolio of over 400,000 sqm and strengthens its property management activity for offices in the Capital’s Center-West area.
