BNP Paribas Real Estate has been mandated by Immofinanz to provide property management services as of January 2019 in respect of approximately 160 000 sqm of the Hungarian office portfolio owned by Immofinanz.

Cushman & Wakefield has become the new property manager for Myslbek, the iconic multi-purpose building owned by AEW. As part of Cushman & Wakefield’s international collaboration, its Polish office has become the manager of two major shopping and office centres in Poland, Klif in Gdynia, Klif House of Fashion and Klif Tower in Warsaw from the same owners. Both offices assume their property management duties in February 2019.

Globalworth Poland has taken further steps to manage its Polish real estate portfolio in-house. Between December and January, the company took on the property management of Lumen and Skylight in Warsaw, West Gate in Wrocław, the A4 Business Park in Katowice and Tryton Business House in Gdańsk. Since the company entered the market, Globalworth has gradually internalized the property management of a series of buildings and now handles directly 250,000 sqm in only about one year, which constitutes almost 60% of its portfolio in Poland.

In early October 2018, Cushman & Wakefield was appointed a property manager for Proximo II, an office building in Warsaw. The owner of the complex is ČS nemovitostní fond, the largest open-ended Czech investment fund managed by REICO.

From the beginning of January, Knight Frank has been appointed a property manager of the Kliwer office building located in Mokotow in Warsaw. Currently, the property is fully rented.

Colliers International has been appointed the manager of the 15,000 sqm Bałtyk office building in Poznań.

Cushman & Wakefield has signed a framework management agreement for 14 office buildings owned by the Skanska Group. The largest facilities include High Five A&B in Krakow (36,700 sqm) and Brama Miasta B in Łódź (27,800 sqm).

Cushman & Wakefield has become the manager of three buildings of TRIUVA, a PATRIZIA company, including the Five office centre in Smíchov, Wenceslas Square 9 and Lindner Hotel Prague, as well as the new acquisitions of funds managed by Amundi Immobilier Paris and Amundi Czech Republic - Praha City Center in Prague 1 and the Polygon House in Pankrác.

Atenor became the new owner of a Warsaw office complex comprising 2 office buildings with a total area of approx. 32 000 sqm, located in Mokotow. This is the first acquisition completed by the company on the Polish market.

The Property Management Department of Cushman & Wakefield Echinox has expanded its service line by creating the first Training Academy in Romania, called Drawing Business Value Academy, dedicated to tenants in commercial buildings and office buildings occupiers, in partnership with DBV Management & Training, a training and consulting company.
