The project with an unusual name, the Po7ská Residence in Prague's Vinohrady, by developer Satpo has already sold more than half of the apartment and studio units. Construction work is underway according to schedule.
The Po7ská Residence offers 33 units for personal use or investment, with an area of 38 sqm to 146sq m, 3 retail units on the ground floor and a small fitness centre with a sauna.
The project is located close to Riegrovy sady and Náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad. It is a reconstruction of a historic building with a roof extension and new units. The start of the final building use approval is planned for the first half of 2026.
