JLL's forecast for Q3 2024 new flat sales in major markets in Poland has proven accurate, with most cities experiencing a downturn compared to Q2 2024. The number of transactions across the six main markets reached approximately 9,200 units, marking a 6.9% quarter-over-quarter decline. Panattoni has launched the development of a new BTS centre in Żary for Valmet Automotive. Construction work on the project began in September 2024 to extend an existing production plant by an additional 8,800 sqm.

Panattoni has finalized the sale of City Logistics Warsaw IV, a 39,000-square-meter logistics complex located in Warsaw. The buyer is an international entity specializing in real estate investments. The transaction is valued at €53.5 million. 

MLP Group S.A. has successfully closed its debut senior green notes offering, worth €300 million (approximately PLN 1.3 billion). Citi and Santander Group acted as Global Coordinators and Physical Bookrunners for the issue.

Newport Logistics Fund, an investment company, announced the launch of Newport Logistics Fund III, a pan-European fund that will finance the development, leasing and sale of sustainable logistics properties.

The construction of Przystanek Karkonosze, which is being developed in Miłków on the outskirts of Karpacz (southern Poland), has started. Redkom Development, which is developing the facility, has announced that the complex will be delivered in Q2/Q3 2025

Galardia Shopping Center in Starachowice (Central Poland), developed from a greenfield by Stage Capital and Sierra Balmain, has a new owner – Future Estate. The agreement finalizing the transaction was signed on September 26, 2024. Avison Young's investment team represented the seller as the exclusive sales agent. The price has not been disclosed.
