Poland's largest independent logistics operator has leased 8,100 sqm of warehouse space at the MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski park. The facility was developed speculatively and was ready for immediate occupancy. This is the fourth MLP Group logistics centre used by the tenant, bringing their total leased space to over 34,000 sqm.

The tenant also operates facilities at MLP Poznań West, MLP Gliwice, and MLP Wrocław West logistics centres.

"The decision by Poland's largest independent logistics operator to expand our cooperation confirms that we provide warehouse and logistics space of the highest standard," emphasises Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group. "The readiness of the new building at MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski for immediate move-in highlights the effectiveness of our investment model and our flexibility in responding to market needs."

MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski is a new logistics park situated on an 11.7-hectare site that will offer a total of 56,700 sqm of warehouse space for light manufacturing and Big Box logistics. The centre has been designed to meet BREEAM certification requirements and will feature sustainable solutions. The complex targets tenants from the e-commerce, logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing sectors.

The park is located on the western side of Gorzów Wielkopolski, 9 km from the city centre, near the S3 expressway junction. In line with its 'build & hold' strategy, MLP Group retains completed logistics parks in its portfolio and manages them directly.
