Located in Warsaw's Praga-Północ district, the Białostocka 5D development by Eiffage Immobilier Polska has just been purchased by Heimstaden, one of the largest operators on the European institutional rental market. The price has not been disclosed.

Panattoni has started speculative construction of the next phase of the Wrocław Campus 2 logistics complex. By June 2025, ca. 30,000 square meters will be delivered – part of a hall that will eventually reach 130,000 square meters, with the entire project totalling 160,000 square meters.

Property investments in CEE have accounted for 6% of the total volume recorded across Europe, during 2024, to around €7.7 billion, according to estimates by Cushman & Wakefield.

Panattoni has finalized the sale of one of its Silesian investments. Generali Fond Realit (a part of Generali Group) purchased Panattoni Park Zabrze II on behalf of a fund under its management. The price has not been disclosed.

DL Invest Group has completed the acquisition of a 270,000 sqm brownfield - a production and warehouse complex in Bielsko-Biała. The price is ca €25 million. 

Przystanek Karkonosze, a retail park of 16,000 sqm GLA, is being built in Miłków, a suburb of Karpacz. The facility will be located on Karpacka Street at the intersection of roads leading to Karpacz, Kowary, Szklarska Poręba and Jelenia Góra, forming one of the most attractive retail destinations in the Karkonosze district.

Investment management company Eika Asset Management has signed an agreement with Panattoni. Under the agreement, Panattoni will be responsible for the development and construction of a logistics building in Poland, while EAM will coordinate the financing of the project. Half of the developed property will be leased to Pilkington Automotive Poland, one of Europe’s largest glass manufacturers.

CA Immo has successfully completed the sale of the office building Saski Point in Warsaw. The sale was closed at a premium to the last reported book value. 

The Investika Real Estate Fund, Czechia’s largest non-bank open-ended mutual real estate fund for retail investors, acting jointly with its JV partner – BUD Holdings SA., has acquired five logistic parks from Polish developer 7R. The transaction value exceeds €150 million. Thanks to that, it is the largest logistics property investment transaction that closed in Poland this year and the second-largest logistics property investment transaction that closed in 2024 in Central Europe.
