Savills Polska has taken over management of the V Tower office building at Chmielnej 85/87 in Warsaw from early November. The building represents one of the most comprehensive office modernisations in recent years, combining modern technology, environmental solutions and timeless architecture.

The decision to entrust management of the recognisable building with over 49,000 sqm of usable space to the leading advisory firm confirms the growing role of Savills' integrated management services. These support owners in maintaining property value and efficient asset operation throughout the building's lifecycle.

"We are pleased to be entrusted with managing a building that sets a new market standard, combining bold revitalisation with technology and sustainable development," says Michał Bryszewski, board member and Head of Property & Asset Management at Savills. The Savills team handles the full scope of operational management, including data-driven active management strategy implementation, performance optimisation, risk minimisation and maintaining technical standards and tenant service quality.

The modern V Tower, built on the site of the former Warta Tower, combines classical architecture with new generation technological solutions. The building features 2,000 sqm of green spaces, five independent entrances, 18 elevator shafts and extensive amenities including canteen, café, fitness club, relaxation zones, beauty services and medical facilities.

"V Tower is not an ordinary building. It's one of Poland's most advanced revitalisation projects, fully redesigned for contemporary, even the most demanding tenants," says Karol Klin, Commercial Director at Cornerstone Investment Management. The building is pursuing BREEAM Excellent, WELL and "Barrier-free facility" certifications. The modernisation included complete replacement of all key building systems - HVAC, BMS, electrical, security and cooling systems.
