Polish logistics company Uniq Logistic has leased approximately 9,400 sqm of new warehouse space at MLP Łódź, increasing its total leased space from MLP Group to more than 47,000 sqm across the MLP Łódź and MLP Pruszków II complexes.

The company recently renewed its lease agreements for 38,000 sqm of space within MLP Łódź and MLP Pruszków II. Under the terms of the expansion, the new space will be delivered to the company in the first quarter of next year.

"Expanding the space we lease within MLP Group parks is a natural step, stemming from our positive experience to date and the trust we place in the competencies and infrastructure offered by MLP Group," said Jonasz Galicki, Logistics Director at Uniq Logistic.

Uniq Logistic has been operating on the Polish market since 2008, offering logistics solutions tailored to their expectations and needs. The company joined the group of MLP Group tenants in 2020. At MLP Pruszków II, it currently occupies 6,380 sqm of warehouse space and 145 sqm of office space. At MLP Łódź, it has access to 30,995 sqm of warehouse space along with 863 sqm of office and staff facilities. Under the newly signed agreement, the company will expand its warehouse space at this park by an additional 9,360 sqm.

MLP Łódź is a logistics and distribution centre located in the south-eastern part of Łódź, in the Widzew district, just 4 km from the A1 motorway connecting Łódź with the Tri-City, and approximately 20 km from the A2 motorway. The park is being developed on a plot of approximately 22.2 hectares and will ultimately deliver 86,600 sqm of space. The centre is being built in line with sustainable development principles, and the warehouse facilities will be BREEAM certified.
