Panattoni has acquired a 17-hectare plot near Grodzisk Mazowiecki and is launching a new investment in the Warsaw region. Panattoni Park Grodzisk VI will reach 80,000 sqm, with the first tenant being one of Poland's leading furniture manufacturers.
The developer continues its expansion in the Warsaw metropolitan area with this new logistics facility. The project represents Panattoni's ongoing commitment to meeting growing demand for modern industrial space in the region.
“This is one of the largest lease transactions in the Warsaw region in recent years, and at the same time an example of the growing importance of Mazovia as a strategic distribution hub for both Polish and international companies,” says Marek Dobrzycki, Partner at Panattoni.
The furniture manufacturer tenant will occupy a portion of the development, though specific details about the lease agreement were not disclosed. Construction timelines and completion dates for the project have not been announced.
The Warsaw region remains the strongest warehouse market in Poland. The Mazovia province now offers nearly 7.3 million sqm of modern warehouse and industrial space, of which Panattoni has delivered 2.2 million sqm.
During Q3 2025, 87,800 sqm of new space was delivered in the region, while demand exceeded 470,000 sqm, keeping Mazovia firmly in the lead.
