P3 Logistic Parks has acquired a 19.2-hectare plot in Gliwice and plans to build P3 Gliwice Logistics Park with nearly 100,000 sqm of space, including 94,000 sqm of warehouse space and 4,700 sqm of office space.

The investment responds to growing market demand for modern and environmentally friendly warehouse space in prime Polish locations.

Bartłomiej Hofman, Managing Director at P3 Logistic Parks in Poland, says: "With nearly 5.9 million sqm of modern warehouse space and stable growth, the Upper Silesian region is currently Poland's second largest warehousing market. Gliwice, with its infrastructure and location in the heart of the region, became a natural choice for our new investment."

P3 will construct the park according to Breeam certification requirements at Excellent level. Every stage of the investment will focus on reducing carbon footprint and caring for the natural environment, with the facility equipped with numerous environmentally friendly solutions.

Gliwice sits near the A4 motorway and close to the A1 motorway, ensuring road connections within the country and with European markets. Additional advantages include an extensive railway network, access to intermodal terminals and proximity to Katowice-Pyrzowice Airport.

P3 is a long-term investor, manager and developer of European warehouse properties with more than 10.1 million sqm of assets under management and a land bank of 3.5 million sqm for further development. The company operates in 10 countries and employs more than 280 people across 11 offices in key European cities.
