Industrial developer Panattoni has secured a €42 million loan from BNP Paribas Bank Polska for the construction of two warehouses as part of the Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II complex.

"Szczecin is strengthening its position as one of the key logistics hubs in Poland," says Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni. "Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II is a step in the development of our presence in the region, where we have already delivered nearly 900,000 sqm of industrial space."

The investment is already underway, with construction of the first 25,500 sqm hall, of which 15,500 sqm will be occupied by Rohlig SUUS Logistics. The next phase will see the construction of a second 36,000 sqm hall.

Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II is located in the eastern part of Szczecin, 15 km from the city centre and 160 km from Berlin. Its location near the S3 road and the A6 motorway provides good conditions for serving both domestic and international markets. The park will undergo Breeam environmental certification at the Excellent level.
