MLP Group has kicked off the development of MLP Business Park Poznan complex, comprising three office and warehouse facilities with a combined leasable area of 14,000 sqm.

The buildings will be developed speculatively, reflecting growing demand from companies for quality space in well-connected urban locations. WPIP Construction will act as the general contractor.

The investment is being carried out without pre-let agreements, ensuring flexibility in tailoring space to individual requirements of future tenants.

One building will offer a warehouse hall of nearly 4,000 sqm, complemented by a two-storey office component of approximately 1,400 sqm. The remaining two buildings will each feature warehouse halls of around 3,500 sqm, along with single-storey office space of approximately 700 sqm each.

"Projects of this kind respond directly to the needs of last-mile logistics operators as well as companies seeking office space in close proximity to the city centre. Delivering the investment speculatively allows us to respond swiftly to market expectations and provide flexible solutions for tenants," said Agnieszka Góźdź, Management Board Member and Chief Development Officer at MLP Group.

Upon completion, the project will deliver a total of 49,900 sqm of space.
