Panattoni has delivered the final stage spanning 20,000 sqm of a BTS project in Uniejów for K-FLEX.

The 13th edition of the JLL Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament - starts today. 64 teams will play at the Monta Beach Volley Club in Warsaw to raise funds for charity. CTP has started construction of a new 11,200 sqm manufacturing facility at its CTPark Zabrze complex in Poland. Construction is expected to complete by the end of November 2024.

Equilis and Acteeum have sold the Silwana retail park in Gorzów Wielkopolski to Big Polska. The asset was sold for €40 million, which makes it one of the highest transactions in the Polish commercial property market this year.

At the end of the first half of 2024, the investment market rebounded, reaching a transaction volume of €1.8 billion, which is double the year-over-year value. Hotels are enjoying increased popularity, and in the residential segment, 5 transactions were closed in Warsaw, says Avison Young.
