Trigranit has announced the signing of a lease extension agreement with Ringier Axel Springer Polska, securing the continuation of its office space lease at the Signum Work Station complex in Warsaw's Mokotów district for four years. The company has operated continuously in the building since 2019 and currently occupies nearly 12,000 sqm of office space.
Ringier Axel Springer Polska is a media and technology company in Poland and part of the Ringier Axel Springer Polska Group, which comprises Ringier Axel Springer Polska, the Morizon-Gratka Group, Lendi, City-Nav (Jakdojade) and NoFluffJobs (NFJ). The media portfolio includes more than 20 print and digital brands.
"We believe that a well-designed workspace fosters collaboration and creativity. Our office offers a variety of zones: for focused work, meetings and team activities," said Edyta Serafin, Procurement & Administration Director at Ringier Axel Springer Polska. "The decision to remain in this location was therefore a natural one, and the negotiations were conducted in a constructive and partnership-driven atmosphere."
CBRE represented the tenant in the lease extension process, while JLL advised Trigranit.
"The lease extension by Ringier Axel Springer Polska for another four years confirms that our consistently implemented strategy of enhancing quality and actively managing Signum Work Station effectively addresses the real needs of tenants," said Marta Zawadzka, Head of Leasing and Asset Management at Trigranit.
