Industrial developer Panattoni has secured €26.5 million financing from Santander Bank Polska for the construction of two warehouses as part of the Panattoni Park Warsaw North III complex in Nadma.
"Panattoni Park Warsaw North III stands out thanks to its location in the competitive Warsaw industrial property market. It combines proximity to the capital with operating costs and good access to road infrastructure," comments Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni.
The two new warehouses will occupy approximately 16,000 sqm and 33,500 sqm. The logistics complex is located in Nadma, in the municipality of Radzymin, 25 km from Warsaw centre. The park sits near the S8 route, providing efficient communication with Warsaw and other centres. The investment will ultimately reach approximately 75,000 sqm and will undergo Breeam environmental certification at the level.
The first tenant is PBS Connect Polska, which will occupy over 24,000 sqm, relocating its HQ from Marki. The new warehouse will become the company's logistics hub for CEE, with employment increasing to around 150 people.
