The real estate development and investment company Warimpex has started the construction of another office building in the Polish city of Kraków, Mogilska 35 Office, with approximately 11,000 sqm of space and a completion date set for the first half of 2023.

Also in Kraków, Warimpex recently signed a lease for the last vacant office space at Mogilska 43 Office. Thus, the office building is now fully occupied. An international company that provides cloudbased payroll management software has rented about 300 sqm of space on the 6th floor of the office building.

“We are pleased that 100 % of the space in Mogilska 43 Office has been leased. Thanks to its excellent location and office space that meets the high requirements of local and international business, the investment has enjoyed great interest from the very beginning. I am convinced that this success will be shared by our next project, Mogilska 35 Office, where we will place even more emphasis on ecological solutions and aspects that increase the comfort of users", said Franz Jurkowitsch, CEO of Warimpex.

Following the successful commercialization of Mogilska 43 Office, Warimpex has started construction work in the neighborhood. The new office building will be located at Mogilska 35 in Kraków’s Grzegórzki district. Its architectural design, for which OP Architekten is responsible, fits in well with its surroundings and is characterized by the use of high-quality materials. There will also be a number of environmentally friendly solutions, which will be subject to BREAAM ecological certification. Mogilska 35 Office will consist of six office floors, and the first floor will include retail and service units also available for residents. In the office part, the floor area will range from 1,200 to 1,900 square meters, allowing for great flexibility in arrangement and efficient use of space by future tenants. There will be 264 parking spaces below the building, located on two levels, as well as bicycle parking spaces with locker rooms and showers.
