DL Invest Group has leased nearly 80,000 sqm of commercial spaces in 2021. It embraces activities in the office, retail and industrial sectors. The value of assets that belong to the company increased to over PLN 1.5 billion.

Poland’s investment market continued to attract significant investment activity in 2021 with an annual transaction volume of €5.9 billion. A record number (166) of transactions were closed by 80 active investors, according to Avison Young’s annual investment market summary. The company expects that 2022 will see the great comeback of the office sector through increased interest in core and core+ assets in both Warsaw and regional cities.

Atrium announced the major refurbishment of its flagship shopping centre – Atrium Promenada, located in Warsaw, Poland. The investment aims to refurbish the second part of the shopping centre. This will continue the transformation of Promenada, the first part of which was completed in autumn 2018.

Cain International, the privately held investment firm operating in the United States and Europe, and its local development partner, White Star Real Estate, have secured a €36 million financing facility from PKO BP, for the delivery of The Park Kraków office complex.

Avison Young has advised M7 Real Estate in the disposal of the Mokotow Plaza office building in Warsaw. The buyer is Vienna-based investor FLE GmbH, entering Warsaw office market with this purchase.

Last year, Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych, supervised by Logicenters, signed lease agreements for nearly 15,000 sqm, which accounts for approx. 25% of the offered finished warehouse space. All facilities are almost fully leased. Skanska’s Wave office building in Tri-City has received WELL Core & Shell certificate. This is the first such certificate on the Tri-City market and the first at the Gold level outside Warsaw. The WELL Core & Shell certificate confirms that the investor has prioritized solutions and amenities focusing on people, their health and needs.

Panattoni has begun the construction of a 42,000 sqm logistics centre for Rohlig Suus Logistics at Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate I in Tarnowo Podgórne. At the same time, work has started on a speculative facility with an area of ​​18,000 sqm, which is intended for a variety of tenants.
