Magdalena Kowalewska joined CPI Property Group (CPIPG) Polska, taking the position of Chief Operations Officer.


Magdalena Kowalewska, former Country Manager Operations Poland at IMMOFINANZ, will be responsible for the operational management of two portfolios - IMMOFINANZ and CPI Property Group. Her duties will include supervision over leasing processes in office and retail portfolios, as well as asset management and the development of the myhive office brand. In Poland, the value of the combined IMMOFINANZ and CPIPG portfolios is €2.2 billion, and consists of 49 office, retail and hotel properties with a total area of ​​over 750,000 sqm.

Magdalena Kowalewska has been associated with IMMOFINANZ for nearly 13 years. She started work as Head of Asset Management Office/Logistics Poland. Then she was appointed Country Manager Asset Management Office & Logistics Poland. From 2016, she was the Country Manager Operations Poland. Previously, she worked as a property manager at Liebrecht & Wood and CFE Polska. She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw, majoring in International Economic Relations and the University of Chicago (Integrated Marketing).

He previously served as Head of Fit Out at Futureal Group, where he managed project execution, technical delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. His professional background also includes site management and commercial leadership roles.
  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
