Immofinanz has opened its eleventh Stop Shop strip mall in Poland. It is located in Zielona Góra, close to the German border.
The 6,700 sqm retail park has eleven tenants, including Sinsay, Carry, Tedi, Kakadu and Martes Sport, as well as 150 parking spaces. It is located by Szosa Kisielińska in Stary Kisielin on the city’s eastern outskirts. A notable fact is that the centre uses rainwater for numerous functions, as flushing toilets to significantly reduce water consumption.
With the latest opening in Zielona Góra, Stop Shops are now open in 102 locations in ten countries – a combined total of almost 797,000 sqm of leasable space. In the medium term, the portfolio is to be expanded to 140 locations.
