Agnieszka Krzekotowska and Dorota Pacławska have been promoted to the position of Senior Partners at Colliers. The promotions increase the Senior Partner group in the company to 10 people, which in addition to Agnieszka and Dorota includes: Monika Rajska-Wolińska, Paweł Skałba, Maciej Chmielewski, Sylwia Pędzińska, Piotr Mirowski, Jonathan Cohen, Marta Machus-Burek and Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra.

The retail park in Pleszewo is a project located at 24 Armii Poznańska Street on the main route from Koszalin to Poznań. The facility was built on an area of over 10,000 sqm and offers 3,548 sq m of GLA. Its tenants are the international network brands known in Poland as well as local companies.

The volume of investment deals in the Polish market of industrial and logistics properties in the first quarter of 2022 was €191 million. However, the growth rate of this part of the market may be lower than in previous years, according to the 7R and Colliers report “Logistics and Industrial Sector: Development Paths from the 2022 Perspective”.

In the first quarter of 2022, MLP Group almost doubled its net profit, which came in at PLN 29.7 million, having increased 84% year on year.

Greenstone Asset Management, acting on behalf of EuroEast B.V., has announced the sale of the Tensor Office Park in Gdynia to a JV managed by the Czech fund INVESTIKA realitní fond and Bud Holdings. The value of the transaction remains undisclosed.

Despite the turbulent economic situation, banks are readily lending money to the commercial real estate segment, with warehouses being their top choice. The industrial investor Accolade is one of the most willingly financed warehouse portfolio holders in Poland. The company benefits from over €500 million in bank loans, 40% of which has been acquired since February 2020. At the same time, in the Czech Republic, the company has signed a loan agreement with a club of banks for €137.5 million. It is the largest ever loan provided for a single industrial rental property in the CEE region.

Dr. Schneider Automotive Polska Sp. z o.o., which belongs to the Dr. Schneider Group and has been operating in Poland since 2002, will move into Panattoni Park Jelenia Góra already in the second quarter of this year. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland experts advised the automotive company in the search for a new production location and in the negotiation of the terms of the contract. A production plant will be built on an area of 7,439 sqm + 4,293 sqm of mezzanine floor to produce parts for electric cars, among other products.
