Colliers has taken over the management of three office buildings in regional cities – Carbon Tower in Wrocław, Ocean Office Park A and Tischnera Office in Kraków – with total area of 66,000 sqm.

“We continue to observe the interest of foreign companies in locating their investments in the Polish regional real estate market, and Wrocław and Kraków are among the best developing office sectors right after Warsaw. The great potential and development of regional cities attracts them, and properties which meet sustainable development standards is an additional advantage, especially when it comes to office buildings”, says Agnieszka Krzekotowska, Senior Partner and Director of Property Management at Colliers.

Carbon Tower is a 16-storey office building with a total area of 19,000 sqm for rent. It is located at 6 Fabryczna Street in the heart of the business district of Wrocław. The complex was built on a triangular plan and has a double glass facade, which provides good thermal and acoustic isolation.  A green terrace has been created on the roof of the building and it is available to the office workers. The quality of the edifice is confirmed by the BREEAM certificate with a rating of Very Good and the WELL Health & Safety Rating certificate. Tenants include Mitsubishi Electric Company, Eneris Group, Lux Med, and Idea Getin Leasing, among others. Carbon Tower is the eighth property in Wrocław acquired by Colliers, increasing the portfolio of properties managed by the company in this city to 215,000 sqm.

Ocean Office Park A has become part of the Kraków real estate market. The building provides office space on 5 floors with a total area of almost 13,000 sqm. It is located at 2 Pan Tadeusz Street in the south-eastern district of Kraków. Ocean Office Park A, created according to sustainable development principles, has been awarded a BREEAM certificate with a rating of Very Good. Green and leisure areas as well as retail and service outlets have also been provided within the development. One of the large tenants is Flyr Labs, a company operating in the aviation industry.

There is also a 10-storey Tischnera Office in Kraków at 8 Tischnera Street. Only 5 kilometers from the city center and nearly 32,800 sqm of modern office space. The convenient location provides easy access to other parts of the city. A BREEAM certificate with a rating of Very Good confirms the building’s care for the environment and use of top technological solutions. Tischnera Office has a courtyard with green and leisure  zones. During the summer, there are also ponds and fountains. Tenants include Sabre, Skanska, SII, Tyrens, drEryk and INNERGY.

By taking over the management of two more projects in Kraków, Colliers Property Management department is already managing 8 buildings in the city, with a total investment area of over 166,000 sqm.
