Logistics company Uniq Logistic is moving into the Reino IO Łódź warehouse on Ofiar Terroryzmu Avenue in Widzew. The tenant will occupy more than 12,000 sqm of warehouse space. Uniq Logistic was represented in the negotiation process by Axi Immo.

Reino IO Łódź, through its location in the heart of Łódź Widzew – the most industrialized part of the city, and at the same time near the A1 highway, can be used both for city logistics and for domestic and international shipping.

The warehouse in Łódź is managed by Reino IO Logistics, which, as part of the Reino Capital Group, provides asset management services in warehouse properties. From the moment of acquisition of each property, Reino IO Logistics implements management plans tailored to the needs of each property and tenants to not only take care of the property’s value but, above all, create favorable working conditions for tenants and support the development of their business.

“The trust of our tenants and new business partners, i.e., Uniq Logistic, confirms our commitment and effectiveness in the Polish logistics market. The recent contracts signed in Central Poland reflect the activities in the entire Reino IO Logistic portfolio, where the share of leased space remains at a very high level,” says Robert Szafarz, Leasing Manager, Reino IO.

“Poland Central is one of the hottest warehouse markets in Poland. It ranks high in demand yearly, constantly guaranteeing logistics and production space for development for current and future tenants. Its main advantages include its central location at the junction of Poland’s two main highways, i.e., the A1 and A2. In addition, it is a region famous for its excellent business conditions and great opportunities to expand the warehouse infrastructure. The fourth pillar of the market is access to a skilled workforce,” emphasizes Hubert Wojtera, Director, Industrial & Logistics, Axi Immo.

“The agreement to lease REINO IO warehouse space is important to us not only for evident business reasons but also for reputational grounds and is another milestone on Uniq Logistic's development path. The warehouse on Ofiar Terroryzmu Avenue is our fourth location near the A1 highway junction, and the warehouse space we offer already exceeds 100,000 sqm, but it doesn’t end here. We are optimistic about the prospects of further contracts concluded in cooperation with AXI IMMO to lease further warehouse space. The pace of Uniq Logistic’s development, clear plans, and goals for the future make us more and more optimistic about the upcoming 15th anniversary, which awaits us in April,” says Jarosław Plusa, CEO, Uniq Logistic.
