The Nuselský pivovar (Nusle Brewery) residential project in Prague 4 has received a building permit, developer Penta Real Estate announced. Following the completion of demolition works, excavation works have now begun.

Pavel Streblov, Business Director at Penta Real Estate talked to Property Forum about the company’s development and investment strategy and shared his expectations for the year ahead.

Penta Real Estate has started the construction of the Masaryčka by Zaha Hadid project in the centre of Prague, the company announced.

A planning permit has been issued for Penta Real Estate’s The Residence Nuselský Pivovar development in Prague’s Nusle district. As part of the €77 million (CZK 2 billion) project, the developer will build 450 residential units on the site a historic brewery.

Penta Real Estate has successfully completed the sale of Bory Business Park project to the Karimpol Group development company. The land with a total area of 60,000 sqm is located in the new Bory district in Bratislava and was sold together with a building permit. The project allows the construction of retail space with the possibility of combining showrooms, offices and storage. Both parties have agreed that the transaction value will not be disclosed.

Penta Real Estate’s Sky Park Tower in Bratislava, a high-rise office building designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, has a building permit issued and is currently awaiting its legal force.
