Prague representatives and representatives of Czech Railways have signed a purchase agreement for the Žižkov Freight Station building and the surrounding land, reports E15.cz. 

Prague is intending to buy the historic building of the freight station Žižkov and the adjacent land from Czech Railways, reports E15.cz. If the purchase is completed the capital is planning changes to the zoning plan in the entire extensive brownfield next year allowing other developers to build.

The transformation of Prague's Florenc quarter is progressing to the next phase. Penta Real Estate, in cooperation with the capital city of Prague and the city districts of Prague 1 and Prague 8, has announced four international architectural competitions for four blocks in the area between the highway and the Prague-Florenc bus station.

Penta Real Estate is starting to construct a new residential project Mocca Residence in Prague. Near the Českomoravská metro station, Penta is restoring the original city block with almost three hundred new apartments being built here.

Savills is moving its headquarters to new office space within the Masaryčka project in the centre of Prague. An additional 50% floor space is giving the Savills the foundation to expand its headcount towards 100 employees over the next phase of the business.

Penta Real Estate has submitted environmental impact assessment (EIA) documents for the Bory Mall expansion project in June 2024. The extension is bringing a new square replacing the existing exterior parking lot between the Bory Hospital and the Bory Mall shopping center.

The Medze project between the city quarters Dúbravka and Karlova Ves in Bratislava by Penta Real Estate is bringing hundreds of apartments and other accommodation units to the area undeveloped so far. The project has now passed an important milestone, reports Yimba.sk. 

The Victoria Palace building on Vítězné Square in Prague has received valid building use approval. The project developed by Penta Real Estate and Kaprain has been designed with 92 high-end apartments and retail units on the ground floor. 

According to 2023 reports, PSN has booked 23 purchase contracts with a total value of over CZK 1.3 billion (€52 million). The largest part is represented by 15 apartment buildings.

Kaprain and Penta Real Estate have entered into a cooperation agreement to build on the former Howden ČKD factory site adjacent to the O2 arena. Penta has bought a 40% stake in the project, which will create a new centre of Prague's Vysočany and Libeň districts on a site of over 50,000 sqm, Kaprain announced.
