Brno-based investment group Portiva has acquired the SmíchOFF office building in Prague from Penta Real Estate for more than CZK 1 billion, the new owner announced on its website. The acquisition of the premium LEED Gold-certified commercial property represents another step for Portiva Group in fulfilling its vision of growth through a balanced mix of quality acquisitions.
A consortium of Penta Real Estate, Kaprain Group and Sekyra Group has acquired a land plot of 20,122 sqm from the University of Chemistry and Technology (VŠCHT) in the western part of Vítězné náměstí in Prague 6 for over €39 million (CZK 1 billion), Penta announced in a press release.

A planning permit has been issued for Penta Real Estate’s The Residence Nuselský Pivovar development in Prague’s Nusle district. As part of the €77 million (CZK 2 billion) project, the developer will build 450 residential units on the site a historic brewery.
Penta Real Estate has successfully completed the sale of Bory Business Park project to the Karimpol Group development company. The land with a total area of 60,000 sqm is located in the new Bory district in Bratislava and was sold together with a building permit.
