CA Immo recorded a 4% increase in rental income to €179.1 million in the first nine months of 2024 versus 2023 despite the sale of non-strategic properties, while it posted a net loss of €33.4 million compared with a profit of €61.1 million in the same period of last year.

With a total loan amount of €168 million Helaba and Erste Group are financing the acquisition of the prime office tower Warsaw UNIT for the Swedish real estate company Eastnine AB. The loan term is for five years and Helaba is acting as co-arranger and agent for the transaction.

Echo Investment has signed a conditional sale agreement for React, the office building located at 24 Piłsudskiego in Łódź. Upon completion of the deal, React will be acquired by Summus Capital, an Estonian-based investment company. The transaction is valued at €32.5 million.

Ghelamco has sold its flagship development in downtown Warsaw – the Warsaw UNIT skyscraper at Rondo Daszyńskiego. It was acquired by the Swedish real estate company Eastnine AB for €280 million. This is the largest office market transaction that has been concluded in Europe this year.

Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN) has completed the acquisition of the Churchill Square office complex in Prague near the Main Railway Station. It has bought the remaining 25% stake from the investment group Corporate Finance House Group.
