Indotek Group is expanding its Western European office network with a new Vienna office. The company has been expanding in Western and Southern Europe for over a decade, and the Austrian office will also serve as the first regional private equity investment centre for the Budapest-based group.

Indotek Group is also developing a new private equity business line focusing on mid-sized companies, particularly in financial services, manufacturing, retail and agri-food sectors.

"Vienna is the logical next step in our Western European expansion," said Dániel Jellinek, founder and CEO of Indotek Group. He added that the city provides an ideal base for managing the company's private equity strategy in the Balkans and V4 countries.

In early 2025, the company strengthened its 600-strong domestic team with an Austrian financial and real estate market specialist. Florian Nowotny's appointment as CFO was also driven by the company's European expansion. "We are working to extend Indotek's portfolio and business model to more countries and asset categories, and for this, we are looking for properties in promising locations with stable value-added potential," Nowotny said.

The Budapest-based company currently manages assets worth over €2.5 billion and operates a portfolio of more than 350 properties across 12 countries. Besides Vienna, it has local offices in Italy, Spain, Poland, Croatia, Greece and Romania.
