Industrial developer CTP announced that Moody's Ratings has upgraded CTP's long-term issuer rating and senior unsecured rating to Baa2 with a stable outlook from Baa3 with a positive outlook.

Slovakia's industrial and logistics market saw total leasing of around 136,000 sqm in Q1 2026, representing a 47% year-on-year increase. Net leasing activity also grew, reaching approximately 59,000 sqm, a 35% year-on-year rise, according to an analysis by CBRE Slovakia.

Industrial developer CTP has signed an agreement with Leroy Merlin Romania to expand its regional distribution centre at CTPark Bucharest West to 48,500 sqm.

Slovakia's industrial property market entered 2026 with subdued demand and rising vacancy rates, according to the latest Industrial Research Forum report. 

Logistics company WLS has extended its lease for warehouse space covering 10,000 sqm at Prologis Park Bratislava. 

Panattoni has commenced construction on City Logistics Łódź V, an urban logistics development totalling 42,000 sqm. The project, situated in the eastern district of the city, represents a strategic brownfield redevelopment designed to meet rising demand for last-mile delivery infrastructure.

Innovinia has announced its acquisition of a 17,500 sqm industrial hall in eastern Kecskemét, increasing its total assets under management to over 270,000 sqm.

Romania's industrial and logistics market reached over 8 million sqm in Q1 2026, with approximately 115,000 sqm of new space delivered. At the same time, around 500,000 sqm are currently under construction, according to Cushman & Wakefield Echinox's report.

Panattoni has begun developing a logistics centre in Warsaw for Toyota Logistics Services Poland. The project will be delivered as a build-to-suit (BTS) within the City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV complex and will comprise nearly 20,000 sqm of warehouse and logistics space, along with office and social facilities.

Commercial real estate developer 7R has officially commenced construction on 7R Hub Nowa Huta, a significant logistics and technology centre located in Kraków. The project is designed to deliver approximately 230,000 sqm of specialised technical and production space to the Polish market.
