Logistics company HAVI has leased 10,000 sqm of space to operate a logistics centre for storage and distribution of frozen and chilled products for its clients in Panattoni Business Park Kladno, which is being developed on the brownfield site of the former Poldi Kladno steelworks.

MLP Group has secured one of Poland's largest independent logistics operators for a new facility at MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski. Under a long-term lease agreement, the tenant will launch an operational centre in a dedicated warehouse facility scheduled for completion in Q4 2026.

Innovinia has announced that its 15,000 sqm warehouse at IGPark Kecskemét South, completed last year, has reached nearly 100% occupancy, following a lease agreement with an international logistics provider.

Arvato, a logistics services provider for e-commerce and healthcare, has selected Prologis Park Poznań III as the location for its new European distribution centre. The investment will deliver a 46,000 sqm facility, including 1,000 sqm of office space.

The Łódź region continues to strengthen its position as one of Poland's most important logistics hubs, with tenant demand having reached 1.17 million sqm (+17% y/y) during 2025, marking the second-highest result nationwide, according to a report by Axi Immo.
