CTP has signed a 10-year lease for more than 46,200 sqm of warehouse and office space at CTPark Warsaw South to Douglas, one of the European leaders in the omnichannel premium beauty segment.

According to the latest report by Avison Young, after a challenging period of investment slowdown in 2023, the 2024 results signal a return to stability and a hint of optimism. Poland’s total transaction volume in 2024 more than doubled compared to 2023, reflecting a significant resurgence in market activity.

TVH, a supplier of parts and accessories for material handling, industrial, construction and agricultural machines, has leased nearly 17,000 sqm of modern space at Prologis Park Ruda Śląska in Silesia region of southern Poland. Kajima Europe completed the sale of its prime logistics scheme in Zabrze, Poland. Generali Group acquired the asset in December 2024. The price has not been revealed.

The joint venture between Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, and Peakside Capital Advisors announces the start of construction for City Point Okęcie, an urban logistics facility spanning over 11,000 sqm and located near Warsaw Chopin Airport. The completion date is anticipated for the summer of 2025, with Depenbrock Polska appointed as general contractor.

MDC2 has announced the commencement of the development of an industrial and logistics park - MDC2 Park Gdańsk East in Koszwały near Gdańsk. It will offer 84,000 sqm in the first phase within a single building. The project is located on the S7 expressway, directly at the Żuławy Zachód junction.

Wing has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Alteo Group for the supply of clean energy for industrial projects throughout 2026. 

Panattoni has started speculative construction of the next phase of the Wrocław Campus 2 logistics complex. By June 2025, ca. 30,000 square meters will be delivered – part of a hall that will eventually reach 130,000 square meters, with the entire project totalling 160,000 square meters.

Property investments in CEE have accounted for 6% of the total volume recorded across Europe, during 2024, to around €7.7 billion, according to estimates by Cushman & Wakefield.

Panattoni has finalized the sale of one of its Silesian investments. Generali Fond Realit (a part of Generali Group) purchased Panattoni Park Zabrze II on behalf of a fund under its management. The price has not been disclosed.
