Karel Stránský, an experienced figure in the Czech industrial real estate market, has rejoined the industrial team at Colliers Czech Republic as a strategic consultant. He first joined Colliers in 1996 and was instrumental in establishing the company's industrial real estate division in the country. By 2009, he had led transactions covering over three million sqm of industrial space and land, representing tenants, investors and developers.

In mid-2011, Stránský moved to the Colliers Corporate Solutions team in London, where he worked with European and global industrial tenants, leading complex real estate projects across seventeen countries in Europe, North America and Asia. His clients over the years have included Prologis, Goodman, CTP, DHL, DSV, Bridgestone, Knorr-Bremse, Kimberly-Clark and Johnson Controls, among others.

From 2024 to 2025, he worked with CTP as Group Business Development Director before rejoining Colliers late last month.

"Karel Stránský brings a combination of strategic thinking, deep market knowledge, international experience and long-standing client relationships to our local operations. As a strategic consultant to the industrial team, he will support the company's growth ambitions, contribute to key client relationships and help strengthen Colliers' position in the Czech industrial and logistics real estate market," said Katarína Brydone, Managing Partner of Colliers in the Czech Republic.
