UK-based commercial property fund manager and investor First Property Group concluded the sale of Tureni Logistic Warehouse, with a total area of about 8,300 sqm, in a deal brokered by real estate consultancy company Colliers.

Bufab Hungary Kft, a subsidiary of Swedish-based Bufab Group leased nearly 2,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in LogiCube Park in Biatorbágy, near Budapest. 

Prologis is starting construction of a 46,000-sqm speculative distribution facility at Prologis Park Wrocław III. The new building will comprise of warehouse and production space.

DHL Supply Chain has begun the construction of a logistics facility in Gorzów Wielkopolski with a planned total area of 110,000 sqm.

Panattoni has leased out 17,000 sqm in Lublin to Stella Pack, one of the largest distributors of chemical cleaning products and a producer of hygiene products. The leasing agreement was brokered by consultancy BNP Paribas Real Estate.

The new last-mile facility, Faedra22 Park will offer 14,500 sqm of flexible light industrial and logistics space with technical solutions to meet tenant-specific needs.

VGP has concluded a lease agreement with Pilulka Lékárny for 4,479 sqm of warehouse space in the newly completed hall "I" in VGP Park Olomouc. The company is one of the largest pharmaceutical and pharmacy groups in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The warehouses in Olomouc will be used for supplying customers in several regions: Brno, Ostrava, Olomouc and Prostějov. The new premises have been implemented in the BREEAM Very Good green certification.

Around 500,000 sqm of logistics spaces have been leased in Romania in the first semester of the year, up 38% compared to the same period of last year, with the largest pre-leased surface of almost 88,000 sqm secured in Prahova County, according to property consultancy CBRE Romania. 

Industrial developer WDP has purchased Arad Business Park, with a leasable area of around 42,000 sqm, for an undisclosed sum in a transaction brokered by real estate consultancy Colliers. 

Investment transactions worth €336 million were concluded on Romania’s property market in the first semester of 2022, up 13% year-on-year, while for the whole year the sector could generate deals closer to or even higher than €1 billion, according to a report by real estate consultancy Colliers.
