Industrial developer CTP Group has recently delivered over 100,000 sqm in CTPark Bucharest North, which is becoming a new logistics hub for e-commerce companies. Following an investment of €160 million, this further expansion at the park is expected to push the total leasable area above 200,000 sqm by year-end.

Industrial developer CTP has started the construction of CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal, the first industrial park with an air cargo terminal in Romania. The project is located close to Oradea Airport and the Eurobusiness II industrial park.

The Polish warehouse market continues to strengthen its European position. The market’s already high demand was further boosted in Q1 2022 by increased activity in the manufacturing sector.

According to Newmark Polska, Poland’s total warehouse and industrial stock surpassed the 25 million sqm mark, representing a 16.6% increase in the same period in 2021. GLP, a leading investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, has signed a long-term lease agreement with online retailer Alza.hu for a 22,000 sqm warehouse at Sziget Logistics Centre, Hungary. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland experts advised the automotive company in the search for a new production location and in the negotiation of the terms of the contract. A production plant will be built on an area of 7,439 sqm + 4,293 sqm of mezzanine floor to produce parts for electric cars, among other products.

Accolade Group has signed a €137.5 million (roughly CZK 3.4 billion) loan agreement. Panattoni is planning to deliver a complex of almost 70,000 sqm just 10 km from the centre of the city. A leading provider of modern logistics services in Poland is its first tenant, leasing around 9,000 sqm.
