CTP is completing the construction of a new building at CTPark Prague North. The hall, with the working name D8.7B, will offer 32,000 sqm of facilities upon completion. The second hall, D8.7A, will be completed in August 2023. CTPark Prague North is located close to the capital city and also in close proximity to the D8 motorway. CTP will thus offer new space in a highly lucrative area, which has long been experiencing an overwhelming demand for modern and sustainable business space.

With the expansion of CTPark Prague North, CTP is responding to the strong demand for modern and sustainable facilities in and around Prague for companies in the logistics, e-commerce and light industry sectors. CTP has embarked on the development without pre-arranged tenants, giving companies a unique opportunity to acquire state-of-the-art space in such an attractive location. The latest hall will offer units from as little as 5,000 sqm to as much as 32,000 sqm from March this year. The second hall will be completed in August 2023 and will offer 20 thousand sqm.

"We are responding to the long-standing high demand for premium Class A industrial-logistics space in Prague and the surrounding area, where no new space of this type will be offered in the coming years. CTPark Prague North is located in close proximity to the Czech capital and the D8 motorway, which is the main traffic artery to Dresden. In addition to the excellent location, the new buildings will offer the highest standard of construction with state-of-the-art features that we will adapt to the specific needs of our clients," emphasized Jakub Kodr, CTP's Sales Director for the Czech Republic.

CTP is responding to the strong demand for modern and sustainable facilities in Prague and its vicinity for companies in the logistics, e-commerce and light industry sectors with the expansion of CTPark Prague North.

Both new buildings are being built by the developer to be as sustainable as possible according to CTP's strategy, aiming to achieve a zero carbon footprint. The halls aspire to achieve the highest BREEAM New Construction Outstanding certification. Sustainable features can be found in all phases of the new halls. Recycled materials such as aggregates, FSC or EPD certified materials were used during construction. Biological supervision was present during construction and animal protection was ongoing. When completed, the new building D8.7B will feature modern automated LED lighting, energy-saving devices, low emission heating sources, exterior roller shutters, rooftop photovoltaic panels or a rainwater tank for flushing. In addition, the building will stand out with its green façade. A rich planting of meadow flowers and trees, a retention basin for local aquatic life and a beetle and lizard pond or UV film on the windows to prevent bird strikes are planned.

"Our long-term goal is to create a highly modern and sustainable business and logistics zone for Czech and international companies in this location, thus contributing to the development of the site and to a higher standard of living for residents in the adjacent villages and towns of the Central Bohemian Region. In addition, CTPark Prague North is one of the most environmentally friendly CTParks ever and will offer clients a range of features that will help them to significantly reduce energy costs," highlighted David Chládek, CTP's CEO for the Czech Republic.

CTPark Prague North is strategically located 20 km north of Prague and provides excellent motorway access to the centre of the capital and the German border via the D8 (E55) motorway (Prague - Dresden) as well as the international motorway network. Václav Havel Airport is only 30 minutes away.
