One United completes structure of Bucharest tower
Romanian developer One United Properties has completed the structure of its One Herăstrău Towers mixed-use project, which will include 139 residential units, in addition to offices and commercial space on 5,055 sqm. The project is 85% pre-contracted ahead its completion planned before the end of the year.

Panattoni builds new BTS facility in Łódź
Panattoni has leased approx. 7,300 sqm to DSV Road at City Logistics Łódź II. The facility will be handed over to the tenant in the coming June. To date, the developer has completed 10+ projects for the DSV Group, developing approx. 170,000 sqm of space in total in Poland and the Czech Republic.

Opus Land buys 15.6 ha development plot in Bucharest
Opus Land Development, the developer of the Cosmopolis residential complex, completed the acquisition of a 15.6 ha piece of land located in the immediate vicinity of the project. Last year the developer purchased a 10 ha lot in the area.

Gdańsk office building becomes Poland’s third biggest
Section B of the Olivia Prime office project in Gdańsk has received an occupancy permit and become the third largest office building in Poland. The Olivia Business Center complex now comprises 175,000 sqm in seven buildings and has a target size of more than 200,000 sqm.

Panattoni has started the implementation of two sorting plants for DPD Polska. They will be built as part of Panattoni Park Gdańsk Airport and Panattoni Park Poznań X, each of which will have an area of approximately 3,600 sqm. The tenant will start operating in spring 2021.

6B47 plans first student housing project in Warsaw
6B47 Poland has acquired a 0.22 ha site on ul. Grochowska in Warsaw’s Praga Południe district from petrol station operator Circle K for the development of a 12,000 sqm student housing project. The developer was advised by BSWW Legal & Tax, Accace and ó TPA Real Estate Services.

Penta prepares second Warsaw office project
Penta Real estate has submitted a building permit application to the Warsaw city council for the development of a new office project in the city’s Wola district, at the intersection of Miedziana and Pańska Streets. The developer acquired the 0.63 ha site in 2015 for PLN 50 million.

New leases
- Seqoy, the distributor of comics, manga and genre literature, will occupy over 3,300 sqm of warehouse space and 300 sqm of modern offices in Panattoni Business Park Prague Airport II. Construction of the new building will begin this March, with completion planned for early 2027. Panattoni is the project developer, while Accolade group is the investor.
- Transgor Group has opened a new hub spanning 3,500 sqm in Logicor Pantelimon park, near Bucharest, following a €500,000 investment.
- MLP Group has leased 4,050 sqm of warehouse space and 547 sqm of modern office space at MLP Pruszków II, close to Warsaw, to a global logistics company. CBRE advised the tenant throughout the transaction process.
New appointments
- Axi Immo has expanded its Office Agency team to strengthen its presence in southern Poland and Warsaw. Karolina Słysz joins as Head of Regional Markets, bringing 10 years of experience to lead efforts in Katowice, Kraków, and Wrocław. Elżbieta Golik has been appointed Associate Director, leveraging over eight years of expertise in tenant representation. In Warsaw, Filip Kowalski joins as Associate Director, focusing on lease negotiations. Additionally, Anna Piłka-Sutkowska has been promoted to Advisor following four years with the firm. To support these transitions, Natalia Majsterek has been hired as Office Department Coordinator.
- CTP has appointed Cătălin Dit as COO in Romania to strengthen its management team. In this role, he will collaborate closely with Managing Director Ronald Binkofski. Dit brings a wealth of executive experience from the technology and e-commerce sectors, having previously served as CEO, CCO, and Fulfillment Director.
- Avison Young has strengthened its Polish operations by recruiting Natalia Puza and Damian Bafeltowski. Puza joins as Senior Consultant in the Office Agency, bringing over 11 years of experience. In her new role, she will support office projects in Warsaw and regional markets. Bafeltowski joins the Investment Advisory division as a Consultant. He will focus on market analysis and commercial due diligence across all real estate sectors.
